DESCRIPTION:This all-levels class is designed to support every body and every experience level. We’ll move through a gentle\, accessible yoga practice to release tension\, build awareness\, and reconnect with the breath. The practice will close with a deeply restorative sound healing experience using Tibetan singing bowls\, allowing the body and mind to fully relax and reset. \nThis class will be led by Wendi O’Neill\, a Reiki Master Teacher\, yoga instructor\, and intuitive guide.
