Our Winos for Rhinos fundraiser is back for 2024! Join us for a wine tasting in support of rhino conservation on Sunday, October 6th in the Daniels Room at Galliford’s Restaurant & Tavern.
Proceeds from Winos for Rhinos will help support rhino conservation efforts including WorthWild Africa.
Guests will enjoy a wine tasting as well as appetizers, a raffle, a meet and greet with a couple of our animal ambassadors, a short video presentation and admission to the Great Jack O’Lantern Journey at Southwick’s Zoo after the event. New this year is a VIP experience featuring saved seating and a Rhino Encounter at 4:00pm.
Must be 21+ to participate in the wine tasting.
Ticket Information
General Ticket: $75
Includes: Entry to Southwick’s Zoo from 3-5pm, entry to the zoo’s Great Jack O’Lantern Journey, A presentation by Worth Wild Africa, and wine tasting with appetizers.
EARTH Member Pricing for General Ticket: $65

Includes: General ticket PLUS saved seating and an encounter with Southwick’s Zoo’s two white rhinos.

Will tickets be available at the door?
Tickets will not be available to purchase at the door.
Where should I park? Where do I go for the event's check in?
Please park in the larger lot across the street unless you require handicap parking which is available in front of the restaurant’s entrance.
Check-in will be available from 3:00pm to 5:30pm, and will be located at GATE 1, located to the left of Galliford’s Restaurant & Tavern’s entrance. Winos for Rhinos guests CANNOT check in at the zoo’s main entrance. Please either have your ticket printed or have the ticket pdf open on your phone.
Does the ticket include zoo admission?
This year’s Winos for Rhinos ticket includes zoo admission from 3:00pm to 5:00pm. Please be aware that non-member Winos for Rhinos guests cannot use their event ticket to enter the zoo prior to 3:00pm. EARTH Members can use their membership to visit the zoo earlier in the day, however please check in with your Winos for Rhinos ticket at GATE 1 between 3:00pm and 5:30pm.
Can I bring my children?
Attendees may bring their children, and tickets must be purchased for children ages 3 years and older. For the safety and enjoyment of all attendees, we ask that parents accompany and supervise their children at all times during the fundraiser.
Only guests that are 21 years or older are permitted to participate in the wine tasting.
Will food be available?
We will have appetizers available for event guests. Galliford’s Restaurant & Tavern will be open if you wish to order take-out to enjoy during or after the fundraiser! Visit www.gallifords.com to view current menus.
