Bedtime – How Animals Sleep in the Wild

May 28 @ 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm

From short naps to months-long slumbers, animals have developed remarkable ways to rest and recharge. In this program, we’ll discover where animals sleep, how long they sleep, and the unique adaptations that help them stay safe while at rest. Some species sleep lightly and briefly, always on alert, while others enter deep, extended periods of rest to survive changing seasons.

Join us for a relaxing and engaging Lunch & Learn designed for adult seniors as we explore the fascinating world of animal sleep. Feel free to bring your lunch and enjoy a comfortable, social setting while we learn together.
